The last 1st day of school

So proud of our eldeststes! They FINALLY started school today and had a great time. It takes a LOT of guts to walk into a new school in the middle of the year...and even more when you barely speak the language. These guys are rock stars! We can tell because, apparently they were surrounded by tons of kids who wanted to know everything about them and America.
For those keeping score at home: they are in 1º Bachillerato, rama artística at a school in Barrio Del Carmen - this is somewhat equivalent to junior year, and they are in the artistic track. This particular school's art track is geared toward theatre, but the twins will have classes on art history, drawing, music, theory, literature, and more. It's about a 15 minute bike ride from our flat, through some of the coolest parts of Valencia!
